Charles H. Dalton, Jr.

Charles Henry "Judge" Dalton Jr died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 in Roanoke.  He 
was born in Martinsville on Oct. 29, 1947, to Charles H. Dalton Sr. and Ora 
Philpott Dalton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a 
sister, Arlene Dalton; and a brother, Phillip Brown. He was of the Islamic 
faith.

Surviving are a son, Karlos Dalton of Martinsville; three daughters, Tamekica 
Womack of Danville, and LaTara Scales and Sakeenah Dalton, both of 
Martinsville; two sisters, Linda Johnson of Martinsville and Shirley Wells of 
Axton; and three brothers, Leonard Dalton of Stuart, and Donald Dalton and 
Albert Dalton, both of Martinsville.He was the husband of Evelyn Harding 
Dalton who survives.
