Annie Dalton Dalton

Annie Dalton Dalton, 87, of 8657 Blue Ridge Drive, Hurt, died Friday, Oct. 2, 2009. She was the wife of the late Oscar A. Dalton. She was born Jan. 1, 1922, in Pittsylvania County, a daughter of the late Champ Alfred Dalton and Eliza Vasser Dalton. She was a homemaker and a member of Edge Hill Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Glenn Dalton, and his wife, Phyllis, of Hurt; one brother, Lester Dalton of Hurt; and two grandchildren, Amanda Dalton of Virginia Beach and Greg Dalton and his wife, Lauren, of Lynchburg. She was preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters.
Interment was in Edge Hill Baptist Church.
