WILL OF JAMES M. HOWARD (son of William HOWARD and Mary Taylor)
In the Name of God Amen. I James M. HOWARD of the County of Chesterfield do make this my last will and testament hereby .......all former Wills by me made. In manner and form following:
First: My will is that all my just debts be paid with ......dispatch.
Second: I give and bequeath to my Mother Mary HOWARD all of my estate of every description both real and personal to her and her heir forever.
Third: I request and appoint William E. SPIARS Executor to this my last will. As wittiness whereof I have hereunto set my had and affix my seal this .......day of August 1854.
