By agreement in writing signed by Thomas Marsh, Pamelia McLarran and Men. I Gill the Husband of Epsey McLarran. I have settled Henry McLarran accounts with (?) regards their interest in the personal estate of Elizabeth McLarren decs as follows to wit.
Balance due by Henry McLarran to estate of Elizabeth McLarran by settlement made by commissioners 30th of May 1829. Deduct clerks ticketts since paid by him. 96cts. Also deduct Pamelias purchase of bed given to her $17.00 services and balance to be divided in six parts of each distributees share of the above balance is 1/6 or 951/2 cts.
Henry McLarren with Tho. Marsh :
To T. Marsh purchase at sale by his share of the above $5.73-95cts. By (?) McLarrens share 951/2cts. Balance due by T. Marsh $3.13
Henry McLarrin with Pamelia McLarrin to her purchase at sale exclusive of bed by her share of above blance 951/2cts. By this amt. Pd. For beds given to her $5.00 due to Pamelia McLarrin by Henry McLarrins $5.231/2. Henry McLarrin owes to Wm McLarrin 951/2cts. And to William T. Gills 951/2 cents.
