Charlotte County Virginia C Hunts Signed Sealed in presence of John Hoggatt, Joseph Hunt At a Court held for Charlotte County the 1 day of September 1788. The
within written Last Will and Testament of Charles Hunt deceased was
exhibited in Court by Tabitha Hunt the Widow and Executrix herein named
and the same was proved by the oath of John Hoggatt and Joseph Hunt
the witnesses unto Subscribed and ordered to be Recorded. On the motion
of the said Executrix who made oath according to Law, Certificate is
granted her in obtaining a probat[sic] of the said Will in due form,
she giving Security whereupon she with Jacob Huntsman, Joseph Ward and
Edmund Lumpton her Securities, entered unto and acknowledged their Bond
for that purpose Reserving liberty to David Hunt the other Executor
