Four hundred acres part thereof being formerly
granted unto James Barnes by Letters Patent bearing Date the Twelfth Day of
January
one thousand seven hundred and forty six this right and title whereof is since
become Vested in the said Francis Barnes and One thousand
six hundred Acres the residue never before granted.
