I Joseph Clary being of sound and dispossing mind do hereby make this my last
will and testament, after burial expenses and all of my just debts are paid I do
hereby give to my beloved wife all of my Estate, both real and personal to hold
and use as she may see fit and to dispose of at her death as she may think
proper.
Witness my hand & seal this the 13th day Oct. 1884.
