Need any information on Andrew WALLACE. He married Margaret CALBREATH in 1796 in Augusta County, Virginia. Andrew and Margaret were present in Augusta, VA for the settlement of Margaret's father's estate, Thomas Calbreath (also spelled Galbraith), in 1801. Nothing is known of them until the 1830 census where Margaret appears as the head of household suggesting Andrew was deceased prior to 1830. Andrew and Margaret had a son, who I am descended from, named Thomas M. WALLACE. He was born in 1805 and claims Smith/Macon County, TN. as his place of birth. Thomas M. WALLACE married Jane Calbreath, his cousin, in ca. 1825. Thomas M. WALLACE appears in census of 1840, 1850, as head of household with Margaret as a member of his household. Possible siblings of Thomas M. WALLACE are David, James, Jefferson, William C.and Sarah. Any information regarding Andrew WALLACE is dearly needed. Will exchange information.
