FALIN, Gilbert Russell "Russ" [ Risley ] – born 10/04/1948, Las Vegas, NV; died 03/27/2000, aged 51; contributed from Legacy & Memory of Jose Rivera Nieves [no obituary found at Heritage Hub].
A memorial service for Clifford Joseph Fearon, 73, who died May 22 in Pahrump, will be held at 11 a.m. today at Christ the King Catholic Church in Las Vegas.
He was born Jan. 15, 1931 in Hanford, CA, and was a resident of Pahrump for one year, coming from Washington.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. He retired in January 1996.
A memorial service will be held in Grand Rapids, MI for Gregory James Fisher, 18, who died May 21.
His adoptive parents Gilbert and Barbara FISHER; paternal father Patrick; brother Jason, sisters Monica of Michigan and Christina of Tennessee; and several aunts and uncles survive him.
Paul L. FLANIGAN, 80, died Tuesday in a Reno hospital. A native and
lifetime resident of Reno, he was born Nov. 2, 1900. FLANIGAN was in the livestock business
in Western Nevada and Northern California. Following retirement from ranching, he was employed
by the city of Reno Engineering Department until retiring in 1971. A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of the Snow Catholic Church.
Cremation was at the Masonic Memorial Gardens Crematorium under the direction of Ross, Burke & Knobel Mortuary.
FORBES, Jeri Alice (Miller) – born c. 1947, Reno, NV; died 08/06/2011, aged
64 Death of John Frantzen.
The death of John Frantzen, which occurred Thursday
morning was a great shock to those who had seen him at work, well and strong
only a few days before.
The funeral took place from Odd Fellows Hall,
Saturday afternoon and was largely attended. The sympathy of the
entire community goes out to the widow and children.
He was a member of Gardnerville Lodge No. 36,
I.O.O.F., was president of the Douglas County Creamery Company, and president
of the Carson Valley Water Storage Company.

Floyd "Huck" FREHNER, age 76, died Sunday, March 27, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was
born August 4, 1928 in St. Thomas, Nevada to Harry and Mary SYPHUS FREHNER. Interment will be Friday,April 1, 2005 at 3:30 p.m. in the Logandale Cemetery under the
direction of Moapa Valley Mortuary.
His wife Patti Fearon; daughters Sandy ad Debbie; son Kenneth; and brothers Leroy Fearon and Richard Fearon survive him.
Pahrump Family Mortuary handled the arrangements.

Surviving are his widow, Claire and a stepson, James WITTENBERG, both of Reno; four
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Jeri Alice Forbes, 64 , of Clayton, beloved wife of James Forbes
passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 6, 2011, at home, surrounded by
members of her family. Born in Reno, Nevada on June 8, 1947, Jeri graduated from
Las Vegas High School in 1965. She was employed by Pacific Telephone and
Telegraph and its successors for twenty six years, retiring in 1991. In 1992,
she moved to Australia, where her husband was employed by Telstra Corporation.
They resided and worked in Sydney and Melbourne, returning to the United States
in 1998. Upon their return, Jeri and her husband built a home in Clayton, where
they have resided ever since. Jeri touched many people with her sense of humor,
thoughtfulness, and love for cooking, entertaining and decorating. Everyone knew
her as "Aunt Jeri" as she had that effect on people from the first time they met
her. Jeri's mother, Marie Eidson of Concord, father, Jerry Miller of Las Vegas,
Nevada, sister Judy Force and niece Debbie Fortier of Reno, Nevada, predeceased
her. She is survived by her husband, James, her sisters Joyce Pournaras of
Concord, Julie Ramirez and Kris Beebe, of San Leandro, nieces, Jeri Feuer of
Clayton, Shawn Pournaras Schipper of Concord, and nephews, Jason Graves of
Manteca and Dean Pournaras of Livermore. She is also survived by 12 grand nieces
and grand nephews. A celebration of her life will be planned for the near
future. Family and friends will be notified of the details shortly. No flowers
please. Donations to the American Cancer Society, or to Vitas Hospice Charitable
Fund are preferred.
