SERVICE MEN OF SAUNDERS COUNTY

BELOW are given the records and the names of some of the boys of the county who for various reasons did not allow us to use their photos, and in some cases to even give their record. We feel that they too are entitled to their place in the Honor Roll for their sacrifices with the others which has made it possible for this great nation of ours to be greater and better than ever.

FREDERICK F. KRUEGER--Entered the Medical Corps from Ithaca, Neb. He is the son of Herman and Augusta Krueger of Ithaca, Neb. ALFRED HARKSON--Entered the service and served with Balloon Corps. He is the son of Fred Harkson, 818 So. 10th Street, Lincoln, Neb.
ERNEST W. HAGEMAN--Entered the service October 6, 1917, and served with the 314th Am. Train, 89th Div., A. E. F. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Hageman of Ithaca, Neb. CYRUS S. McDUFFEY--Entered the service July 26, 1918, and served with 59th Balloon Co. F. H. I., Omaha, Neb. He is the son of B. F. McDuffey of Yutan, Neb.
THEODORE W. SWANSON --Entered the service May 28, 1918, and served with Battery F, 338th F. A. He is the son of John and Hannah Swanson of Wahoo, Neb. WM. A. GROVES --Entered the service July 23, 1918, and served with Q. M. Corps, 340th Sqd., Remount Depot. He is the son of Robt. Groves of Wahoo, Neb.
FRANCIS A. HASS --Entered the service October 6, 1917, and served with Co. "D," 105th Ammunition Train. He is the son of Louis and Anna Hass of Ithaca, Neb. CHAS. E. GILES --Entered the service October 24, 1917, and served with 2nd Band Army Service Corps. Was born July 11, 1896. He is the son of Chas. Giles of New Orleans. Entered the service from Ashland, Neb. Was discharged June 25, 1919.
CARL V. TRUED --Entered the service November 11, 1918. He is the son of Mrs. Mathilda Trued of Ceresco, Neb.
