Is the picture a gift from my grandpa, saying good-bye, or a lonely cowboy still wandering the range?

The photo was taken using a Kodak one use camera. The blur appears on the negative, but is much more defined in the print. There isn't anything on any of the other photos from the roll.

I have not retouched this photo either physically prior to scanning, or with a photo editing program after scanning. Return to Boot Hill
