Mullen and the Sandhills of Nebraska
Come with me and enjoy the beauty of Mullen and the surrounding area called the sandhills.
This is an abandoned farm outside of Mullen, in the Nebraska Sandhills.
The Dismal River just south of Mullen NE, on Hwy. 97
Some of the most spectacular scenery in this area can be seen along this road (Highway 97) between
Mullen, NE and Valentine, NE.
Cattle Ranches abound in this area, and this ranch is 5 miles south of the Dismal River along Hwy. 97.
This is the Middle Loup River, and its valley.
