FRASIER, HART, HAYES, HODSON, JOHNSON, WALTON posted by Pamela Service on Wednesday, July 6, 2005

I seek any Walton connection in Hamilton Co. NE. Andrew DeCalb Walton married Mary E. Hodson in Howard Co. IN in 1867. They lived in Oneco, Stephenson Co. IL, and show on the 1870 and 1880 Census with 4 daughters, Eva, Sylva, Corrila, and Carrie. Carrie marries Joseph Eli Hart. Eva marries David Marshall Johnson. A son, Worthington McClure Walton marries Nellie Belle Hayes. After their div., dau., Little Eva, goes to live with Uncle Joe Hart and Aunt Carrie in Aurora. She tradgically dies at age 12, 1916, after being burned badly by a stove fire. Uncle Joe Hart had died the previous fall. It appears that there is another son of Andrew deCalb Walton and Mary E Hodson. Andrew L. Walton age 24, b in Marquette, NE, 1893, lives in Aurora, works for the Burlington RR at the WWI Draft Card Reg time, 1917, and says he supports his invalid sister. I think it would be Cary Hart, as she had taken paralysis before hsb Joe died. Any help finding any of these family members in cemeteries is appreciated. A dau of Eva Walton Johnson, Etta Pearl, married William Ralph Frasier, and is buried at Aurora cemetery. I am wondering if more Walton family is buried there. Any help is appreciated.
