Am looking for information regarding the ancestors of the Gimpel's - Ada & George Gimpel lived in or around Aurora, Ada died there in the early 1990's. They are both buried there, I believe. Would love to know George's parents. Trying to find when the original family came from Germany.

I am looking for any information on this family:
Joshua Norton, Jr. born about 1836 in MA. Married Hattie Downs Wells about 1872 in ?IL?. She had a son from a previous marriage by the name of Ashley David Wells aka David Ashely Wells. Joshua adopted Ashely. Joshua and Hattie had 4 children that I know of. 1 - Hattie Norton born 1872 in IL, 2 - Woodman Norton born 1875 in IL. 3 - Nellis Norton born 1878 in NE and ?? born in U.S.A. somewhere. They were living in Chatham, Northumberland, New Brunswick in 1891. I loose them after that. I have no idea when they passed away or where they are buried. Any help is very helpful. Marta

I am looking for information on Frank STERBENZ and his wife Gertrude KLEMPER STERBENZ. They are listed in the 1880 US Federal Census. They had a son named Barney and daughters named Josephine, Mary, Lizzie, and Minnie. Josephine was married to a ROSE. Thank you for your help.
