GRAND ISLAND, Neb., June 5.---(Special.)---The fourteenth annual commencement exercises of the Grand Island high schools were held last night. There were thirteen graduates. There essays shoed great ability and left a very favorable impression upon the citizens. The Grand Island public taken great pride in its schools and believes the intervals rank very favorably with any in the state. ---The Nebraska State Journal Saturday, June 6, 1896. (3:2)
