Looking for any information on the family and descendants of John Kaighin and Marie ?. This is what I know:
John was born 25 August 1867 in Jurby, Isle of Man
Marie was about 1882 in Illinois, her parents were born either France or Belgium.
They had five children (and possibly a sixth who died as an infant).
Jimmy (may have been their infant son)
Joy A. Kaighin b. about 1903
Cecil M. Kaighin b. about 1907
Hilda G. Kaighin, b. about 1908 - probably married "? Mann"
William M. Kaighin b. 14 Oct 1909, died Oct 1986, married Mildred C. ? b. 16 Jan 1915, d. 5 Oct 1996 in Shenandoah, IA. At least one child, Arula Kaighin.
John M. Kaighin b. about 1911, probably married Ruth ?, and probably had at least two children, Mary E. Kaighin and Clara Kaighin. If anyone can fill in any of these holes, please email me. Thank you.

I am searching for relatives of a Morton J. Cramer born 1864 and died 1944. He was my 2xgreat grandmother Rossetta Cramer Allen. I've got his people going back to 1790 so far, from New York. It seems he and his sister Mina went to Kansas with a family named Rowell and settled in Dawson Co., Neb. Any info on this man would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Lyda

Searching for descendants of my g-grandfather, Edgar Clinton Dougherty, his father John McFate Dougherty and his parents James and Jane Daugherty. I know that Edgar lived in Dawson Co., in 1892 because he married Emma Kent in that year. I am suspecting that some of the Daugherty's that live or lived out there may be related. Jim Cochrane

Was there a newspaper in Lexington, Dawson County, in 1890, and if so, do microfilm copies of issues from that year exist? If so, what repository has them?
I am seeking the location of a marriage between William C. Allyn of Lexington and Hattie Allen. The marriage took place 30 Jun 1890 and William lived in Lexington about that time. However, this marriage is not listed in the Dawson County marriage index.
