Joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation, 1943; was stationed in the Chicago, New Haven and Los Angeles field offices and was instrumental in battling the rise of Communism in the Los Angeles area; information he compiled was instrumental in passing The Loyalty of Government Employees Act, which helped to eliminate Communists in the U.S. government; from 1945 to 1947, was active investigating Communism within the motion picture industry, which was extremely helpful in jailing The Hollywood Ten; in 1949, handled the Neutrality Case, investigating the sending of arms to the new state of Israel, which was unlawful at that time
Resigned from the FBI in 1954 and became the security supervisor of Southern California Edison Co. in Los Angeles; developed an entirely new concept for plant security and was integral in setting up security at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Plant; retired from Edison Co. in 1974, lived in Pasadena, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo and Westlake Village; during retirement, continued to enjoy his music, electronics, physical fitness and cars, became an avid gardener; enjoyed following football at Stanford, where son and grandson graduated, as well as USC, where two granddaughters currently attend
Lived in the Rancho Bernardo area for more than 40 years; had resided in the Westlake Village area since May

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Randy and Brenda Kreutzer of Amherst; mother and stepfather, Rochelle and Rod Solano of Gibbon; brothers, Rhett Cervantes and Brian Sohrweid Kreutzer, both of Kearney, and Brandon Wagner of Lincoln; grandparents, Howard and Clara Kreutzer of Amherst and Stu and Ginger Huber of Kearney; stepbrother, Blade of Amherst; and stepsisters, Talesha of Amherst and Amber of Lexington
Was preceded in death by his sister, Nika Kreutzer, and grandparents, Faith and Juan Cervantes.
