I'm doing family research for a school project and was hoping somebody who knew the Rehfeldt's or the Gadda's would read this message and help me out. All I know is that my great grand parents came from Spencer Nebraska(in Boyd county)But one of her children, Lizzie, or Elizebeth stayed behind in Spencer. She then married a Rehfeldt. She's dead now but I was hoping to contact a relative of her who could give me some information. I was also Looking for any Gadda's remaining in Spencer, or anywhere else in Boyd county.If you have any information please get back to me. thank you.

Seek info re death/burial of 1920 Anoka Boyd Co. residents Nels and Hanna Olson, Nels d. 1923, Anna ca. 1928. Nels and Hanna b. in Sweden 1840s and official early settlers ca. 1895 of Anoka. Sons Tom and Swan variously resident in Anoka 1900-1910.

Seek info ref p. 17 of Bristow '95 Centennial book re origin of the name of Rosedale, of Rosedale community N of Bristow Boyd Co. NE; also possible connection to Rosedale Twnship ? Carter SD ca 1910. Bristow book mentions John M Anderson as having named Rosedale after a place in MN.

During the period 1912/1913, in the Village of Naper,County of Boyd, a baby girl was born named Noretta Knight. Don't know if the family was transient or had land at that time, but later moved down to southern Nebraska (Doniphan area) in the timeframe of 1929/1930. Need assistance reconstructing this family as it was my Mother. Any help that you can give will be greatly appreciated, and Thanks.

I am searching for information on Henry and Emiline BOWLING. They moved to the Boyd County area in the 1880s or early 90s. I believe they had a son Henry who married a Clara WALKER in 1894, and a son Wiley F. BOWLING who married Nettie WADE in 1900. My husbands Great Grandfather was there son Clyde born around 1882 in Kansas, who married Effie Ann JONES around 1903. I am also trying to find anything on the JONES family. Clyde and Effie named there first son Clarence(my husbands Grandfather)born in 1907. I noticed were a Frank Jones in Boyd County also named his first son Clarence. My thinking is maybe I am looking for a Clarence JONES for Effies father. Clydes other children were Emiline 1904, Merle 1909, Helen 1913, Floyd, and Robert. Thank you for any help. Debbie BOWLING
