Carline Co. (sic), on conditions he builds my son James Lambden an house
on his farm. To my son James land situate in Queen Ann's Co...To my son
Thomas Lambdin (sic) bed, furniture, cow and calf...To my youngest son
Samuel Lambden (sic) bed, furniture, cow and calf...To my 2 youngest
sons Thomas Lambden and Samuel Lambden 1 colt to each. All rest and
residue to be equally divided amongst Catrine W. Lambdin, Thomas Lambden
and Samuel Lambden. John Pollins the same share as with the others above
mentioned after my the said John Lambden decease...Eldest son William
