Know all men by these prosente that I, W. S. Airth M.D. of Live Oak, Suwannee County, Florida realizing the uncertainly of this frail and transitory life and being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament.


First:- My funeral and burial expenses are to be paid as shortly after my death as my said within named executrix shall find convenient,


Second:- And after the payment of all expenses incurred during my last sickness and all other just debts and obligations, then I bequeath to my beloved wife, Nellie Airth, one third of all my worldly estate of whatsoever nature for her own separate use and behoof forever, and one third of said estate to my son, Willie Airth and the remaining one third to descend to any heir that may be born after my death from the marriage of myself and my beloved wife, Nellie Airth.


Third:- I do, hereby nominate and appoint my said beloved wife, Nellie Airth, my sole executrix of this my last will and testament and guardian of my said son, Will and his estate also guardian of any hereafter born child as about stated and without the giving of any bond. 
 

In testimony whereof I haver hereunto subscribed my hand and seal at Live Oak, Florida June 29th A. D. 1900.

The above writing was carefully read to the said W. S. Airth at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each of us and he acknowledged that he signed the same and declared and published the same as his last will and testament and we hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the same in his presence and in the presence of each other at his request with our respective places of abode.

Before me, Jesse N. Conner, County Judge of, in and for said county, personally came L. T. Boatright, Cary A. Hardee and A. J. Robertson, who being duly sworn deposes and says that they know the appended will is the last will and testament of W. S. Airth, deceased, late a citizen of Live Oak said County and State, that they were

present at the time of the making of the same and each in the presence of the other and in the presence of the said W. S. Airth, deceased and at his instance and request subscribed our name thereto as witnesses

and testament was written by the said W. S. Airth, deceased in our presence; that he was of sound mind and disposing memory at the time and published and declared the same to be his last will and testament.

Sworn to and subscribed before me this 7th and 16th day of July A. D. 1900.
