Birth
certificates can be ordered from the State of Florida by
mail for $9.00 each. Fill out this APPLICATION
FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Complete instructions are
page 2 of the form, and they state that normal
processing time is 4-6 days.
Divorce
certificates can be ordered from the State of
Florida by mail for $5.00 each. The actual
judgement may be obtained from the Clerk of Court in
the county where the divorce was granted. Fill out
