Since this is a community that does not currently exist and apparently never existed except on paper and in advertisements placed in Northern States, it is suggested that this may have been one of those infamous Florida land boondoggles. Research by conducted by the County Coordinator does not indicate otherwise. In Florida's past, there have been many such land scandals perpetrated by unscrupulous "land developers".
