Mary Jane died sometime after giving birth to Mary McDermitt. Frank McDermitt later married and those ancestor still live in Summerfield. |

She married Frank McDermitt of Summerfield in 1893 and she died in childbirth, delivering a healthy Mary Jane McDermitt, later Mary Martin of Oxford Martins. She is probably buried in Pine Level Cemetery in Oxford, Fl. Her date of death was around March 7, 1895. |
