Will of Noah Taylor, Bradford County, FL 1900
State of Florida } County of Bradford } Know all men by these presents that I Noah Taylor of the County of Bradofred and State of Florida considering the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind and memory, do make and declare and publish this my last Will and Testament. First I give and bequeath to my four oldest children, namely, Newberry Taylor Mollie Jimerson, Rufus Taylor, and James Taylor One Hundred Dollars each. I also give and bequeath to my beloved wife Delia Taylor and my children by her, namely Mamie Stewart, Russell Taylor, Mattie Taylor, Myrtle Taylor Sarah Taylor, Trumy Taylor, and Noah Taylor, Jr. the remainder of our property equally divided and if my wife the said Delia Taylor should marry again the property shall be equally divided between her and the above last named children. The said Delia Taylor having an equal share with said last named children. In testimony whereof i have to this my last Will and Testament hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this the tenth day of January A.D. 1900.
