Will of Noah Geiger, Bradford County, FL 1901
State of Florida }
Bradford County } In the name of God Amen.
Known all men by these presents, That I Noah Geiger of the County of Bradford, and the State of Florida being of sound and disposing mind and memory so make ordain publish, and declare this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils by me at anytime heretofore made.
As to my worldly estate and all the property both real and personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed and to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, I devise bequeath and dispose of in the manner following (viz)
First - My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my executors hereinafter named first be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by them be found expedient - and convenient.
Second - To my son in law James T Thomas widower of my daughter Rosalie late deceased I devise and bequeath nothing he already having been provided for in a substantial way by my giving him all that I am able or desire that he shall have out of my estate.
Third - To my four grandchildren (viz) Hattie M. Weeks and Clara Weeks and Ethel Weeks and Ruby Weeks daughters of my daughter Susan Frances Weeks late deceased to each I devise and give ($10,oo) Ten Dollars to be paid out of my estate by my executors after the demise of my said beloved wife ' ' in the event that she should out-live me.
Fourth - To my two younger sons ' ' viz; Clarence R Geiger and Ellery H Geiger I devise and give ($200.oo) Two Hundred Dollars each extra

to be paid out of my estate to them when they shall respectively reach the age of Twenty-one years.
Fifth - To my beloved wife Harriet B Geiger I devise give and bequeath all my property both real personal and mixed of every kind whatsoever to her own personal use and benefit during her life time to control and dispose of for her support and comfort during her widowhood. But in the event of her second marriage then the powers of controling and disposeing of herein provided for shall then erase forever.
Sixth - It is my will that at the death of my beloved wife Harriet B Geiger the whole of my estate both real and personal that may be found remaining after paying the legacies herein provided for shall be divided share and share alike between my children and grandchildren as follows (viz) M.N. Geiger, A.W. Geiger, C.R. Geiger, Laura P. Neal wife of C.C. Neal, Emer E. Johns wife of A.A. Johns, Linnie Williams wife of T.M. Williams, and Gussie Geiger heir of O.M. Geiger, and Claud Dyal heir of Allie Dyal deceased.
Seventh - I nominate and appoint my sons M.N. Geiger and A.W. Geiger, to be executors of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I the said Noah Geiger have to this my Last Will and Testament contained on two sheets of paper subscribed my name and affixed my seal

Before me George A Gardiner County Judge in and for said County personally appeared Wm. F. Malphrus who being duly sworn by me says that he was personally present as a subscribing and attesting witness with Roberta Fouts and Sallie Malphrus, who were also present as as subscribing witness and saw the Testator Norah [sic] Geiger, subscribe his name to the instrument of writing hereto annexed and that the said Norah Geiger did then and there in the presence of said Roberta Fouts and Sallie Malphrus and affiant published and declared the same to be his Last Will and Testament. That the said Roberta Fouts and Sallie Malphrus and the said Wm F. Malphrus as attesting witness did then and there at the special request of said Norah Geiger and in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribed their names thereto attesting witness and the said Wm F Malphrus further swears that he verily believes said instrument of writing hereto annexed so subscribed published and declared and attested as aforesaid to be the Last Will and Testament of said Testator the said Norah Geiger
