                                                                  My Last Will and Testament.

I Louise Charlotte Glauzmann, born in Emmendingen, Baden, Germany, declare to make hereunto my last Will and Testament, that anybody may know what is to be done with my property after I shall have died.


1. All my property which will be found after my death, whatever it may be, what go over into possession of my business partner, Gustave Adolph Drolshagen, in the following terms.


2. The Store in Lawtey. where we live and run our mercantile trade in, belongs to me only with one half, whilst the other half belongs to Mr. Drolshagen. My half and all that belongs to me besides and exclusively shall inherit said Mr. G. A. Drolshagen and shall take possession on the day of my death, and shall use of it all he wants, interest or substance, both of them, during all his lifetime, and nobody shall dare disturb or hinder him in the doing and nobody shall call him to account.  But all that will have been left of my property on the day of his death, shall fall back in my family. Those members of my family who don't let him go in his own way, as said above, shall get nothing of my inheritance.


3. The English translation of the opposite Original of my last Will and Testament shall be deemed equally confirmed by my signing as the German Original. But in all doubts and controversies about the meaning of my last Will and Testament there shall be made recurrence to the German text and taken explanation and decision from thence.


4. Codicils to this will which are written or at least signed  by my hand shall have have the same value as the will itself.
    In testimony I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my last Will and testament in Lawtey, Florida.

Signed, sealed and acknowledged in our presence, and we were this day called upon by the testatrix to subscribe our names as witnesses to her Will, Lawtey Florida, the 30th day of September 1884.

the subscriber, Wm F. Malphurs, County Judge in for said County of Bradford, J.W.C. Peters who being duly sworn says upon oath, that, in the 30th day of December, 1884, Louise Charlotte Glauzmann made her last Will and Testament in the Town of Lawtey in said County of Bradford. That the officiant wa called upon with lewis W. Sayles, & Erastus G. Hill to witness said last Will and Testament by the said Louise Charlotte Glauzmann, to witness the same, and did witness the said testatrix subscribe her name to the same and that she did it in the presence of each of us the subscribing witnesses thereto, and the last will and Testament which is here presented by G. A. Drolshagen is the last Will and Testament to which I refer in this my affidavit and believe it to be the last will & Testament of said Louise Charlotte Glauzmann, who is now dead. Affiant further says that he is not a legatee under said will and has no interest whatever in the same.

 Order Admitting Will to Probate.--

The above cause coming in to be heard this 8th day of December, A.A. 1892. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that the forgoing examination of the above subscribing witness to the foregoing affidavit is sufficient proof, upon which to admit said exhibited Last Will and Testament of the said Louise Charlotte Glauzmann, deceased, to Probate. And it is therefore ordered, abridged and decreed, that and the same is hereby admitted to Probate this Eighth day of December, A.D. 1892.  Given under my hand and seal of the Probate Court hereto officially fixed at Starke Florida the day and year last written.
