I, Erastus G. Hill being in sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my wife Helen M. Hill all my estate both real and personal that I may be possessed of at my death and appoint the said Helen M. Hill my sole Executor without bond, Witness my hand & seal this 20 day of August A.D. 1900. Erastus G. Hill {seal}

Bradford County } Before me Geo A Gardiner County Judge in and for said County personally appeared Joseph Crawshaw Jr who being duly sworn says that he was personally present as a subscribing and attesting witness with A.M. Blanchard and John B McCulley who were also present as subscribing witness and saw the testator Erastus G. Hill subscribe his name to the instrument of writing hereto annexed as and for his last Will and Testament, and that the said Erastus G. Hill did then and there in the presence of the said AM Blanchard John B McCulley and affiant publish and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament. That the said AM Blanchard and John B McCulley and the said Joseph Crawshaw Jr as attesting witnesses did then and there at the special request of said Erastus G. Hill and in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe their names thereto as attesting witnesses and the said Joseph Crawshaw further swears that he verily believes said instrument of writing hereto annexed so subscribed published and declared and attested as aforesaid to be the last Will and Testament of the said Erastus G. Hill.
