State of Florida } County of Bradford } Know all men by these presents that I Emra P. Ward of the Town of Ward City and State and County aforesaid being of sound mind and in view of the certainty of death and uncertainty of Life do hereby make known and declare this to be my solemn and lasting request concerning my Estate and heirs therto.
First It is my desire and request that my beloved wife Margaret Ward to remain and reside on our homestead, where we are now living and keep everything in tact and to have and hold everything thereto appertaining under her absolute control and for her and my minor heirs sport and benefit and my daughter Ollie -(during her unmarried life. And to have and to enjoy good, all the crops of every kind and discription now on the place
Also to have and enjoy all the rents or rentals that may hereafter become due on my said farm during her natural life and as her death, I desire that my whole Estate bother personal and real by equally divided between my legal heirs to share and share alike. Second It is my expressed wish and desire that all money that I now have in the Bradford County Bank shall be and remain subject to the actual want and needs of my said beloved wife Margaret Ward (and minor heirs and daughter Ollie during her single life. Third It is my expressed wish and desire that my son Thomas P. Ward shall act as my agent. And also as agent for my other heirs in the matter of selling and conveying my town lots lying and being situated in Ward City and State and County aforesaid. Also that the proceeds of the sale of said lots be deposited in a good and safe Bank at interest and that when such proceeds shall aggregate the sum of One hundred dollars that the same be equally divided among my several legal heirs to share and share alike.
Made and declared by me at Ward City in the State and County aforesaid On this the 31st day of October A.D. 1904.
