                                                                           Lawtey Florida,, June 15th 1887
Personally appeared before me as Notary Public.


Mrs. Elizabeth J. Smith, making this her last Will and Testament, of the following Real Estate. I Mrs. Eliz,,J. Smith being of sound mind make this my last Will and Testament, bequeathing to my husband W. B. Smith, at my death all my right and Title to the following described property. Lying and being in the Town of Lawtey, as shown upon the Plat and recorded upon the Records of Bradford Co. Lots (3) three & (4) four, (5) Five, & (6) Six, in Block (4) Four, of the Town of Lawtey, To have and hold for his own personal use and disposition for ever.                               Elizabeth J.          Personally appeared Volney J. Shipman, who being by me duly sworn says that he was personally present as a subscribing and attesting, witness, with M. Knickerbocker and Nellie M. Knickerbocker, who were also present, as other ascribing and attesting witnesses, and saw the Testatrix Elizabeth J. Smith, subscribe her name to the instrument of writing hereto annexed as and for her last Will and Testament, and that the said Testatrix Elizabeth J. Smith did then and there in the presence of said M. Knickerbocker, and Nellie M. Knickerbocker, and Volney J. Shipman, publish and declare the same to be her last Will and Testament, That, the said three Witnesses did then and there at the special request of said Elizabeth J. Smith and in her presence, and in the presence of each other subscribed their names thereto, as as attesting witnesses. And the said Volney J. Shipman, further swears that he verily believes the said instrument of writing hereto annexed, so subscribed, published declared and attested as aforesaid, to be the true last Will and Testament of said Testatrix, the said Elizabeth J. Smith deceased.
