Will of Daniel B Knight, Bradford County, FL 1904

In the name of God: Amen:
I Daniel B Knight of Bradford County Florida, being of sound mind and memory and desiring while in health to make expression and direct the management and distribution of all estate both real personal and mixed of which I shall die seized or possessed.
First - I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Jane M. Knight all my property of which I shall die seized during her natural life. With full power to sell all personal property, and use it as her own, and with power to manage and controle the Real estate property for her benefit and the benefit of my children by her begotten. And in case it becomes necessary to sell any lands for the benefit of said children she is hereby authorized to do so without the intervention of any Court except to account for such sale in the course of the execution of this Will
I hereby revoke and annull all former Will by me made or expressed.
To the end that this will be faithfully executed. I appoint my beloved wife Jane M Knight Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and ask that no bond be required of her in discharging this trust. And I direct he to pay all my funeral expenses and such debts an expenses as may be honest and legally proven against my estate.

On this day Daniel B Knight the testator after hearing the foregoing Will read declared the same to be his last Will and Testament and signed and sealed it in our presence and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other signed hereto as subscribing Witnesses thereto this 14th day of February AD 1889.

Before me M M Scarborough
Clerk of Circuit Court in and for said County, personally appeared Wash M. Ives, who being by me duly sworn say that he was personally present as a subscribing and attesting witness with J.C. Waldron and John J Barr who were also present as two subscribing and attesting witnessess and saw the testator David B Knight subscribe his name to the instrument of writing hereto annexed as and for his last Will and Testament and that the said Daniel B Knight did then and there, in the presence of said Wash M. Ives, J C Waldron and John J Barr publish and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament. That the said three witnesses did then and there at the special request of said Daniel B. Knight and in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe their names thereto as attesting witnesses and the said Wash M Ives further swears that he verily believes the said instrument of writing hereto annexed so subscribed published declared and attested as aforesaid to be the true last will and testament of said testator Daniel B Knight date Feby 14th 1899.--
