In the Name of God, Amen:

         I, Benj. P. Wilson do make my will as follows:

  All my estate both real and personal of which I  may die possessed I devise  and bequeth to my wife Jessie A. Wilson for her own use and benefit during  the period of her life and I hereby appoint her my Executor without bond with full power to sell, lease mortgage or in any other manner to dispose of the  whole or any part of my estate.

  It is provided however that the Drug Store known as the Lake Butler Drug  Co., which if not disposed of before my death shall be sold if such sale can be made on satisfactory terms and one-half the proceeds of such sale shall be paid to my son Ben Max Wilson because of his unselfish devotion from the time of his majority until now to my interest working most of the time without  other renumeration than above living in order to save the drug store from financial disaster.

   I request that all my debts shall be paid out of such moneys as shall be in my possession or that may acrue from my insurance especially the amounts I owe to my sons T. Carl Wilson and Emmett P. Wilson, and if necessary I request that the rights and interests I hold in what is known as "Wilson Remedy for Hog Cholera so called" shall be sold or so much thereof as may be necessary to settle in full the amounts due my sons.

   If the so called Remedy remains unsold I request that the money mentioned thereof shall be placed  in the hands of Emmett P. Wilson and Ben Max Wilson. Emmett P. Wilson to have the full benefit of such sales as he may make shall be devided on the same bases with his mother. I leave the drug store in the  hands of my son Max with full power to sell for his mother. he to have the benefit of all profits except that $120.00 Dollars per year shall be paid his mother if the business will justify such amount to be paid otherwise whatever they may agree upon.

  I request that my sons, W. Guy Wilson, T. Carl Wilson, Emmett P. Wilson &B. Max Wilson shall give their mother whatever assistance and advise she may need in the Management of her affairs and that if my estate after the xxxxx debts are paid is not sufficiwnt for her support in a life of ease and comfort that they all contribute whatever may be necessary to relive her of financial embarrassment.

  In acknowledgment that the foregoing is my 1st Will and Testament.
