Parsons Services To Be Thursday

Mrs. John R. Parsons, 88, a resident of the Buffalo community since 1915, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred LaFlair of Route 1.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from Adams Funeral home in Buffalo. Burial will be in Willow Grove cemetery. Local arrangements at Sheridan are under direction of the Reed mortuary.

Mrs. Parsons was born May 17, 1871, in Shoun, Tenn., and came to Buffalo with her husband and family in 1915. The couple homesteaded in 1915 and lived on the property until 1920 when they moved to Bozeman, Mont. In 1930, they returned to Buffalo to make their home. Mr. Parsons died in 1950.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. LaFlair of Sheridan and Mrs. Esley Donahoo of Bozeman; four sons, Henry, Bozeman; Marvin, San Jose, Calif.; Robert of Spanway, Wash.; and Farrel Parsons of Sheridan; 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
