This Marriage was Donated
Manitowoc Pilot - February 3, 1870

At the residence of the bride's mother, in Sheboygan, on the 31st day of January, 1870 by the Rev. R.W. Blow, Maj. Chas. H. Walker, of Manitowoc and Mrs. Libbie M. Rouan of Sheboygan.

And now comes the editor and enters his plea as to the merits of this case, and says, that brother Walker has won an important suit; and, as is his usual practice, he will retain the whole sum recovered, as his fee. The fair bride - who, by the way, is one of the best women in the world - will be welcomed to Manitowoc. Charley, you are a fortunate kuss in court. We congratulate both bride and groom in their success, each with the other.
