Divorce Granted In Circuit Court

A divorce was granted in Circuit Court Friday afternoon to Mrs. Gertrude Mitwede of the town of Plymouth, from her husband, Ervin Mitwede, also of the town of Plymouth, on the grounds of desertion. Mrs. Mitwede dues for divorce in 1933 on the grounds of cruelty, but at that time the divorce was not granted. The couple had one child born to them since their marriage in 1931.
