Divorce Granted By Judge Detling

A divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhumane treatment was granted this morning by Judge Henry A. Detling to Oscar Hopert from his wife Anna. Under the terms of the decree, Hoppert is to contribute to the support of a minor daughter until she is 18 years old, and the mother is given the custody of the child until she is proved incompetent.
