Otis H. Clark, Secretary and Treasurer of the Dillingham Manufacturing Company, is one of the active young business men of Sheboygan, and a representative of one of the pioneer families in this county. His father, Isaac B. Clark, is spoken of elsewhere in this work.

Mr. Clark of this sketch was born at Glenbeulah, this county, May 3, 1861. He was there reared to manhood, and educated in the village school. In 1884, he became a clerk in the shipping department of the Dillingham Manufacturing Company. When the company removed to Sheboygan, he became their book-keeper, having prepared himself for that position at Patten's Business College. Since that time he has had charge of the books. On the incorporation of the above company, he was made Secretary and Treasurer, which position he still holds.

Mr. Clark wedded Miss Helena, a daughter of Charles Oberreich. The wedding ceremony was performed January 21, 1886, in the city of Sheboygan, of which place Mrs. Clark is a native. Their family consists of one child, Irene.

Mr. Clark affiliates with the Republican party and with the Knights of Pythias.

He is a young man of superior business ability, and by the faithful performance of duty has gained the confidence of those with whom he has been associated in business.
