Raymond Barrett was sent to St. Armenian’s Orphanage in Milwaukee, WI. He was born 9-12-1904 in Milwaukee, WI. He died on 8-23-1966 aboard the SS Baton Rouge Victory in the Long Tau River south of Saigon, South Vietnam. He was buried in 1966 in the Wildwood Cemetery in Sheboygan, WI.

Frances Barrett was the youngest of 8 children. Frances was born 2-1-1907 and went to live with her grandmother. After her grandmother pasted away she was placed at St. Rose’s Orphanage with her older sister, Laura Barrett on 9-27-1910. The other two were placed at St. Armenian’s Orphanage. She was adopted by Terrance Fee and Bridget Carolan. She died 12-31-1977 in Plymouth, WI. She married Leo Harold Gahagan. He was the son of George Edward Gahagan and Julia Elizabeth Gosline. Leo was born 11-6-1908 in Marshfield, WI and died 1-11-1974 in Sheboygan, WI. They had five girls:

Audrey Gahagan who married Harold Stone (1 girl)

Marilyn Gahagan who married ? Ditter (4 kids)

Sharon Gahagan who married Roland Struve (5 kids)

Vincent Fee Jr. was a barber working at the barbershop in Plymouth. One day while working at the shop Leroy Thibault came in looking for work. The owner had an empty chair so he hired him. He had trained at the orphanage but thought they would give him a chance. He worked one week and the owner decided to fire him. He told Vincent to fire him. Since it was a slow, Leroy got bored, got up and said, “he was out of here”. They paid him off and Vincent was happy, as he did not want to fire him since he was his aunt’s sister, Laura’s son.

Vincent Fee born 1891 married Hattie Fischer in Plymouth, WI. They were married at the St. John the Baptist Church in Plymouth on 2-13-1913. She was born 12-18-1889 in Glenbeulah, WI and died in 5-1981 in Plymouth, WI. Her parents were Fred Fischer and Gertrude Bennett.

Children of Vincent Fee and Hattie Fischer:

Vincent Anton Fee Jr. born 4-15-1914. He married Doris Ninnemann in 1936.

Jerome Fee born 1916. He married Sarah ?. They lived in California.

Bernard Fee born 1918. He married Lydia Gottsacker from Sheboygan and moved to California.

Bernice Fee born 1925. She married James Musso in Chicago.

Also Vincent Jr. went to live with his grandmother, Bridget up north as he was starting school. He lived with Bridget for three years. His parents kept the other kids with them at Lumber camp in trying to make a living.

Notes: Gertrude Bennett married Fred Fischer. Gertrude then married William Bennett. He was married to Sophia Haus in 11-28-1885. Sophia bore him four children (now step-children #) for Gertrude along with Hattie born in 1889 plus there was one more child born between William and Gertrude (a half brother **) (see 1900 Census below)

Myrtle Bennett born 10-1885 in Sheboygan County, WI and died 2-15-1971 in Michigan. She never married.

Dorothea “Dolly” Bennett born April of 1888 in Sheboygan County, WI and married Ernest Titel. He was born 1-23-1885 and died 4-1979 in Glenbeulah, WI. They had Henry Titel born 1909 and Infant girl Titel “Not Named” of two months old in 1910 Census and Myrtle Bennett living with them.

Charles Bennett born 6-1892 in Sheboygan County, WI and died 6-1968 in Sheboygan.

John Bennett born 11-8-1895 in Sheboygan County, WI and died 10-1982 in Winnebago, WI.

Albert Bennett born 7-9-1897 in Sheboygan County, WI and died 12-12-1957. He married Mrs. Merle {Mann} Van Engen. She had a daughter from a previous marriage. She was born 5-4-1893 in Sheboygan County, WI and died 2-15-1971. They had no children.

Vincent Fee Jr. born 1914 married Doris Ninnemann in 1936 in Plymouth, WI. She was the daughter of Robert Ninnemann and Gertrude Gahagan. She was born 7-28-1918 and died 9-1991 in Plymouth, WI.

Terry Fee born abt 1943 in Plymouth, WI. He married and divorced. He is remarried to ?. He currently is living in California.
