Mr. and Mrs. Sidney J. Hyatt, 4416 Hillside street, Lincoln, are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary Monday. Their daughter, Mrs. Floyd Knowlton, 4540 Calvert street, is presiding at an open house Monday afternoon and evening in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Hyatt. Their other children, Richard S. Hyatt, Carroll, Ia.; and Mrs. Lloyd E. Foster, East Orange, N.J., will also be here for the day. They have six grandchildren. A family dinner will be held today.

Mr. and Mrs. Hyatt were married at North Bend, and lived in David City before coming to Lincoln 15 years ago. Mrs. Hyatt is a past president of the Delphian assembly and is active in church groups.

Mrs. Hyatt, 72, spent her early life in Iowa. She went to North Bend as a young woman and taught in the schools for two years previous to her marriage. Mr. Hyatt, 76, is a native of Sheboygan Wis., and came to Nebraska as a small boy.
