My De Groote and Meijer ancestors were in the Sheboygan area from 1847. Other lines in the family from the county are
De Smidt, Eernisse, Kurvink, Dielmann, Van Dijxhoorn and others.

I wish to thank Debra Blindauer for her many years of genealogical help in Sheboygan County.
Deb passed away in 2012 and she has been sorely missed. Rest in peace Deb!
