Oconto Falls.  C. W. Halsted, 80, pioneer settler and Lena’s first postmaster ( 1880-1882 ), died at his home west of the
village Sunday evening.  A sad feature to this story is that Mrs. Olson, a young mother of two and who was housekeeper for the Halsteds, died very suddenly on Tuesday.  Doctors were puzzled as to the cause of her sudden departure.
