Oconto County Reporter
July 3, 1930 Police officials, Milwaukee, notified Arthur O’Neill, city policeman, Ford sedan belonging to Seeley Davis, one of Oconto County’s motorcycle policemen, stolen here, had been found in Milwaukee. The American House, old landmark of Oconto, was badly
damaged late Friday night by flames believed to have been of incendiary
origin. Fire Chief Bert Harris notified the state fire marshal that
he believed the fire had been set.
