This is a modern photo collection of old harvest equipment used on farms and in logging. Some were monsters of their day, others are moderate to small compared with today's farm equipment. The oldest is a steam tractor built in 1883. All these functioning machines were photographed at various gatherings in recent years. Imagine the sounds and smells. The machines ran on wood, coal, kerocene, fuels
and sweat.
