.DICK TOPEL DIES OF HEART ATTACK.


William (Dick) Topel, 58, of route 2, Deerbrook, died at 6:30 p.m. yesterday at his home following a heart attack. He was born June 14, 1892, in Pensaukee, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Topel. This is what the paper states, but he was the son of Albert K. and Suzanne (Wensing) (Kreschefski/Topel)

Topel moved to Antigo in 1920, and in 1925 moved to Kempster, where he operated the Long Lake resort. He was married on Nov. 13, 1926, at Waukegan to the former Barbara Sinclair Young. There were no children.

Survivors include his wife; one sister, Mrs. Anna Pope of Pensaukee: and one brother, Walter, of Pensaukee.

Funeral services will be held al 2:45 p.m. Thursday at the McCandless and Zobel funeral home. Interment will be in the mausoleum until spring, when the body will be buried at the Kempster cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from tomorrow night until the time of services. He married Barbara Sinclair YOUNG in Waukegan, Illinois, 13 Nov. 1926.
