Wayne Kubiscik Obituary



Wayne "Kubie" Kubiscik, 63, Abrams, died Monday, December 9, 2013 at home. He was born August 14, 1950 in Chicago, IL to Chester and Stella (Kotowski) Kubiscik. Wayne moved with his family to the Abrams area in 1965.
On December 29, 1988 he married Lee Flanagan in Green Bay. He was employed at Campbell Wrapper Corp. (FMC Corp) for over 35 years. Wayne will be remembered for his love of hunting, nature and the outdoors. He enjoyed playing video games with his family and friends along with taking on any projects given to him. Wayne also loved science as he was always conducting his own experiments and was his own "Mad Scientist".
Survivors include his wife, Lee Kubiscik, Abrams; two daughters, Jacalyn (Oveal) Foreman, Milwaukee; Chanda (Jason) Betts, Oconto Falls; four grandchildren, Kyle and Monte' Coleman, Milwaukee, Aliyah and Olivia Betts, Oconto Falls; two sisters, Karen Kubiscik, Abrams; Michelle Kubiscik, Oconto Falls; one brother, Brian (Tina) Kubiscik, Oconto; one nephew, Aaron Alberts, Hudson, WI; two nieces, Erika Alberts, Oconto Falls; Aurora Kubiscik, Oconto; one great nephew, Mason Wellnitz; three special buddies, Mike Potthier, Dan "Shorty" Schadrie and Bob Mater.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester Kubiscik on June 3, 1992 and Stella Kubiscik on January 6, 2008.
Private family services were held at Jones Funeral Service in Oconto Falls with cremation to follow.

The Kubiscik family would like to thank the Unity Hospice team, especially Cheryl, for all their help, kindness and comfort.
