Wilhelmine
Kittler was born July 17, 1877, in Germany. Forty-three years ago
she came to Oconto. In 1895 she married Louis Funk in this city.
Mrs. Funk was a member of the Ladies Aid of the Emmanuel Lutheran church.

Surviving are two sons, Arthur, city, Walter, at home, one daughter, Alice, at home; five grandchildren; three brothers, Gustave, August and William, all of Oconto; and five sisters, Mrs. August Zimmerman, Mrs. Alex Cota, Mrs. Frank Valitchka and Miss Martha Kittler of Oconto, and Mrs. Robert Warschkow of Oconto Falls.
Funeral services are to be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon from the home, Clark Avenue, and at 2:30 from the Emmanuel Lutheran church with the Rev. H. Eisenbach officiating. Burial will be in the Oconto Evergreen cemetery.
The
casket will be carried by Charles Hoernke, Otto Neuman, Wm. Pillsbury,
Ed. Lemirande, Seward Haskins and Charles Werth. Norine Kittler,
Eunice Zimmerman, Albertina Lemirande, Katherine Pillsbury and Gertrude
Andre have been assigned charge of the floral offerings.
