-Funeral services for William H. Orendorff, 74, who died Saturday at Delevan, Wis., as the result of a cerebral hemorrhage, were held Tuesday morning at Canton, Minn., Dr. F.E. Shult, pastor of the M.E. church officiated.

Mr. Orendorff was married in 1893 to Miss Harriet Porter here in Oconto, who with one son, John of St. Paul Minn. Survives. Two brothers, Arthur L. and U.G. Orendorff, both of Canton, also survive. The deceased was born in Canton, May 18, 1861, receiving his education in the public schools there and later attending the University of Michigan.

(note: His Oconto born wife, Harriet Porter Orendorff, was a well known Metropolitan Opera Star in New York.)
