William "Bud" Couillard

William "Bud" Couillard of Oconto died Sunday September 2, 2001, at Bay Shore Pines, Oconto. Bud was born August 11, 1924 in oconto to the late Vane and Anna (Wojoner) Couillard. He married Roberta Aubry on October 26, 1946 in Oconto. Bud worked for the US Postal service for 30 years and was on the Oconto County Board for 14 years. Bud was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Masonic Pine Lode #188, and the American Legion. Bud served during WWI in the US Air Force from 1943 to 1946.

Bud is survived by his wife Roberta, Oconto; two daughters Patricia Augustine, Green Bay; Sandra (James) Stellmacher, Oconto; two sons Michael (Bobbi) Couillard, Madison; Roger (Tracie) Couillard, Abrams; nine grandchildren Jeffrey (Annette) Augustine, Dr. Jennifer Augustine, Mark (Kristen) Couillard, Mathew Couillard, Andrew Stellmacher, John Couillard, Megan Stellmacher, Ashley Couillard, Erica Couillard, two great grandchildren Justin, Amanda and three great Agnes Bond and Truman John Bond, Myrnel Wojner, and Mildred Couillard. Bus was preceded in death my two sisters Shirley Couillard and Ethelyn Couillard.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the First Presbyterian Church, oconto from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday September 5, 2001. Funeral services will be conducted 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church with the Rev. Thomas Beck officiating and burial at Evergreen Cemetery. military honors by the American Legions Post #74. The Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto is assisting the family.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
