He was born Feb 28, 1883 in Besserner, Mich. He was a member of De Pere Marquette C. C. F. Until his retirement nine years ago, he was employed by Tape, Inc.

Survivors are two sons Bernard of DePere; Edward ;Green Bay; one daughter Mrs William [Severna] Karbon, Algoma; eight grandchildren two great grandchildren; one brother, William, Menasha; one sister, Mrs Walter Alt, Green Bay.

He was presided in death by his wife, the former Lena KLimczak in 1959.
