Survivors include one son, William (Donna) Hackbarth; one daughter, Barbara (Jeffrey) Stuver; grandchildren Jason (Deborah) and Jonathon Hackbarth, Gina and Matthew Fischer; other relatives and many friends. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, William F. Hackbarth; one son, David; two grandchildren, Brett Fischer and Joshua Stuver; one brother, Clarence (Margaret) Gering.
Visitation was held Monday January 4, 1999 at Covenant Lutheran Church, 8121 W. Hope Ave., Milwaukee, from 4 to 6:45 p.m. with funeral services at 7 ,p.m. Burial was at Valhalla Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Church. Krause Funeral Home, Milwaukee, was in charge of arrangements.
