Mr. Thomas Vitrano, 61, 807 Pecor Street, Oconto, died unexpectedly- Thursday morning, February 11, 1999 at Community Memorial Hospital, Oconto Falls. Tom was born May 22, 1937 in Milwaukee, the son of the late Thomas and Irene Vitrano. He married the former Odile "Odie" Hetue on January 23, 1959 in Milwaukee. Tom, served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He was employed by the City of Milwaukee until retirement. The couple moved to Oconto in 1979 and have lived there since.

Thomas will be sadly missed by his loving wife Odie, a son Thomas (Belinda) Fresno, CA; two daughters, Irene (Raymond) Rosenfeldt, Oconto and Laurie (fiancé, Tom Ammerman), Shawano; a brother Philip (Ollie) Vitrano, Milwaukee; a sister Patricia Vitrano, Carson City, NV; grandchildren, Christopher, Rebecca, Thomas, John, Emily, and Christopher; nieces and nephews.

The family received relatives and friends at Holy Trinity Catholic Church St. Joseph Site, Oconto from 1:30 until 2:30PM Monday, February 15, 1999. Funeral Mass 2:30 PM Monday at the Church. The Rev. David Ruby officiated. Military rites conducted by the Jones-Moodrow-Young American Legion Post. The family is being cared for by Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Oconto.
